commute to work any way except driving alone
Guaranteed Ride Program

A lot of people like the idea of riding together to work, but they're worried about being stranded with no way to respond to a family emergency. Others would share the ride to work but are concerned about having no way to get home if they have to work late unexpectedly.

Well, if you're one of these people, don't worry. Because vanpoolers and mass transit riders now have a reliable way to get where they need to go in an emergency thanks to Rideworks' Guaranteed Ride Program

Your No-Cost Insurance Policy
A Guaranteed Ride means exactly what it says. If you need a ride because of an emergency -- illness, family crisis, or having to work late unexpectedly -- you don't have to worry about being stranded. You'll be able to get home, or wherever you need to go to deal with your emergency, at no cost to you!

Just a Phone Call Away
When you need to use the Guaranteed Ride service, you won't get slowed down by paperwork. You just contact your authorized company representative, and you'll receive a voucher form. Simply give the signed voucher to your taxi driver as validation for your free ride.

The Simple "No Catch" Terms
To be eligible for a Guaranteed Ride Program, you must share the ride to and from work at least three times a week in a vanpool, or take mass transit with a monthly pass.

You may use a Guaranteed Ride if:
You or a member of your family suffers an illness or a crisis;
You unexpectedly must work past your normal quitting time at the request of your supervisor; or
Your normal vanpool driver has to leave early.

To find out more about riding together and your Guaranteed Ride, contact your authorized company representative or call Rideworks at 203-777-RIDE.
