Offers Transportation Assistance to Relocating Companies
RIDEWORKS can help any company
plan ahead for a smooth adjustment to a new location for their employees.
Experienced Employer Services Representatives will:
- introduce employees to ridesharing and mass transit alternatives
available near the new location to minimize the inconvenience and loss
of key employees during the transition period;
- design an employee transportation relocation plan;
- implement the program by assisting staff in identifying new users
of carpool, vanpool and mass transit options and coordinating ridesharing
arrangements and transit schedule selection;
- communicate the relocation program to employees by developing
incentive programs and accompanying promotional materials and conducting
employee meetings.
Employer Services Representatives are available who know an employer’s
specific region and can assist employees by identifying options for their
work trips. A local representative will work on-site with a company to
help realize the bottom-line benefits of commute alternatives for employees.
